I began my career in Audiology specializing in hearing aid fittings and have fit many different styles and brands of hearing aids. The best fitting depends not only on your hearing loss, but on your lifestyle and your expectations for success. Working together, we can select the right hearing aid fitting, for the right hearing result.
Before coming to Audicare Hearing Centers, I worked in a medical practice to identify hearing loss caused by disease. It is important to determine if your hearing loss can be reversed or lessened medically. I will assure that your hearing loss is treated appropriately. If you can benefit from medical treatment, we will make the appropriate referral before we consider the process of hearing aid fitting.
After completing my formal education, I quickly realized that there is a world of knowledge outside the classroom. I have gathered valuable insight into the hearing aid fitting process from my patients. Your feedback has enabled me to apply my knowledge in a caring manner to help you overcome the effects of hearing loss. I am constantly continuing my education through seminars and training courses related to hearing loss, hearing aids and advanced hearing solutions. I am currently enrolled in a distance learning program earning my doctorate in audiology.
Here at Audicare Hearing Centers, we share the belief that better hearing is the key to maintaining an active and interesting lifestyle. When you select a hearing aid fitting from Audicare Hearing Centers, all of the staff members you will meet share that belief and work together to resolve you hearing concerns. We routinely consult with each other on the best fitting modifications to help you obtain a successful adjustment to hearing aids. And, or course, we guarantee our work!
