I just received my new AGX9 hearing aids with the Media Link system. I became ill and was advised by my doctor to go to Urgent Care. There I signed a form to be admitted. An hour later an attendant had me sit down while he stood up typing into a computer. I could not understand him until I gave him my Media Link microphone to speak into due to outside noise. This was a 45-minute ordeal, just filling out a questionnaire. Then I saw a doctor who I also gave the Media Link microphone to when I was in a private room so that I could be sure to hear what he said. Upon his suggestion,I was sent to the hospital to have a CAT Scan. This was on a Friday night of a Holiday weekend. At the hospital in the room where the CAT scan was to be done, I convinced the radiologist to take the Media Link microphone behind the wall where he was to be so I would be able to hear his instructions. I was able to hear the instructions clearly and have the CAT Scan done without any problems. This instance indicated to me the importance of using the wireless apparatus of the Media Link and microphone. Without these, I would have had major problems trying to understand all that was going on there. Thank you for helping me with my new AGX9 hearing aids and additional apparatus. You and the AGX technology have been life savers.

Recently I lost my hearing aid, which was devastating to me, no only for the need to replace it, but for the time I would not be able to hear properly and participate to the fullest in my life.
Upon calling your office, I was met with the cheerful voice of Erin. She was so very helpful and efficient, that she made this ordeal much easier.
Next I talked with Jeanne, who immediately programmed a loaner for me and FedExed it. I received it in less than 24 hours. What a relief that was.
The case on the loaner was much more appropriate than the one I had originally chosen, so when I asked if the case could be the same as the loaner, my wish was granted. Thank you!!
Last, but never least, I talked with Joyce, who is always a sweetheart, and she perked me up as I was on my way to the doctor for the third round of medication.
I enjoyed her note on the paperwork that was sent: “Feel better soon.”

As you may recall, the last time I was in your office you installed a feature on my hearing aids that allows me to pick up the sound feed at the State Theater. I have been to this establishment twice since then, and I must tell you that the music was fantastic. Madame Butterfly and La Somnenbula have not sounded that good in many, many years.
However, I have to report that I still have to read the subtitle, as this new feature did not help at all with Italian comprehension. Knowing your abilities and your way with magic I would only be half surprised if you did not install that feature at my next visit.
